Da Gu Rice Noodles is a Yunnan-style Chinese Noodle House, located at 4690 Convoy St #108, San Diego, CA 92111. We are dedicated to preserving the authentic rice noodle culture of Southwest China, where every great bowl begins with a broth simmered with care and conscience.

Our restaurant’s philosophy is simple: no shortcuts, no heavy additives. We prepare our signature soup base daily from pork bones, slow-simmered to achieve a rich yet clean flavor. Paired with specially selected smooth and springy rice noodles, each bowl is assembled following the traditional Chinese method—broth first, seasoning second, noodles last—ensuring a perfect balance of aroma, texture, and depth.
